The High Court of Allahabad has sought response from the State Government on the viability of the Government order which has restricted the Hospitals from providing treatment to Non COVID-19 patients.

The bench directed Manish Goyal, Additional Advocate General appearing for the State Government to seek instructions as to the present state of affairs and about the viability of continuing with such restriction.
The bench further directed the State Government and the C.M.O. to revisit the aforesaid guidelines contained in the two notifications.
